Most recently, I led a remote sales team for a high-growth tech startup, Flare. Starting as the fourth AE on the team, I received two separate sales management promotions due to my innate ability to have an owner’s mentality with a bias for action. Jesse was hired on with Wework as part of a core 10 to launch Wework in a new market. He has not only been an integral part in his own role but to that of his teammates' successes as well. As one of the core 10 who has worked alongside him these past 2 years I can attest to his long list of contributions during his time at Wework. Jesse wore many hats during the market launch phase that may not be captured when looking at his current role title but shouldn't be overlooked. He planned broker events, assisted broker tours, led hard hat tours & did cold-calling/emailing that led to sales, planned marketing events, all the while assisting his teammates in the operations piece of opening a brand new physical building. Arizona's first Wework opened with the highest occupancy that a building has ever opened with in our territory. I should mention that this record was only broken by the second building he opened in the market. As an Account Manager, customer satisfaction is one of his biggest strengths.
